Get 1-1 support
Our Peer Support Line is closed over the festive period. We'll return on Friday, 2 January 2026, and would welcome you getting in touch after this date. If you'd like peer support over the festive season, please join our Online Community to connect to our friendly online bipolar support forum.
Bipolar UK is here for everyone affected by bipolar. However, we do not offer crisis support. Here's what you can do if you – or someone you support – need urgent help.
How can the Peer Support Line help?
Every member of our friendly services team either lives with bipolar or has a loved one who lives with bipolar. We listen without judgement and work alongside you to find a path forward.
